The South Carolina Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (SC-NABCJ) is sponsoring its 25th Annual Conference on Friday, December 6, 2019 from 9:00am-3:30pm. The event will be held at the Brookland Banquet and Conference Center, 1066 Sunset Blvd. West Columbia S.C. 29169.
This year’s theme is “Criminal Justice Reform: Pathways to Safer Communities”. Some of this year training topics will be: “The Power of Your Voice”, Cyber Security- Are You Protected?, Opioid Epidemic: Let’s End the Crisis and much more!
Participants at our conference will represent all components of the criminal justice system, including federal, state and local law enforcement, all branches of government, as well as non-profit, private for profit organizations and educators. In addition, college students and the general public are encouraged to join us. We are expecting approximately 200 to 250 attendees.
